[gmf-dev] Sweep copyright files for anything changed in 2006

Hi Team,

Our legal team raised Bug 153901

We had a ton of files with 2005 as the last update even though they were
modified and checked into CVS in 2006.

I.e., the header should be:
* Copyright (c) 200x, 200y IBM Corporation and others.
Where x is year created and y is last update.

Tom has written a script to check CVS and update the files.

We are wondering if you would like us to sweep the Borland files as well ,
i.e. fix the
* Copyright (c) 200x, 200y Borland Software Corporation

I will get Tom to attach a patch to Bug 153901 so Borland can review.
