[gmf-dev] Changed the GMF examples feature

Hi Team.

I committed:
Bugzilla Bug 137516
org.eclipse.gmf.examples.runtime.diagram.logic.model.editor not a JAR
Bugzilla Bug 143723 org.eclipse.gmf.examples.runtime.pde.ui is not in any
feature

This involved changing the GMF examples feature and fixing the PDE builders
in the example plug-ins that create the zip files (and verifying everything
works).

Next build you will see when loading the examples (File + New + Example) :

GMF (Graphical Modeling Framework) Diagrams
        Geoshape Diagram
        Logic Diagram
GMF (Graphical Modeling Framework) Plug-ins
        Geoshape
        Logic
        Review Decorator Provider
        Service
        Square Layout Provider
