Yes, I opened the Bugzilla Bug 134496 for this problem. Before that, I temporarily took the org.eclipse.gmf.tests.runtime.common.ui.services off the build last week to see if it helps, as it seemed to be the cause of the problem. Removing the test helped for the rest of the week, but as you have seen, the problem appeared again this weekend. Apparently, some tests terminate the forked java VM and it's being treated as a timeout, but it's not. Now I'm trying to either fix the problem with Ant and/or builder linux box configuration, or to identify the particular test case which causes the problem. If I cannot fix the problem with the config, I'll pass the bug to you with the name of the test plugin you have to look at.
