Hello,
We plan to support it, but we probably won't have time to work on it
in the near future. Sorry I don't have a more specific time frame.
As always, we'd welcome any contributions (or funding).
Thanks,
Emilio

Hello
all,
The GeoMesa team here at CCRi is happy to announce the
release of
GeoMesa versions 2.2.1 and 2.1.2. These are minor bug fix
releases on
top of the 2.2.0 and 2.1.1 releases, respectively, and
users are
encouraged to upgrade with minimal risk. These two
versions are being
released simultaneously, and contain the same basic
functionality.
However, due to a package renaming in the JTS spatial
library, 2.2.1
requires GeoServer 2.14, while 2.1.2 requires GeoServer
2.13 or earlier.
Artifacts are available on Maven Central and GitHub:
https://github.com/locationtech/geomesa/releases/tag/geomesa_2.11-2.2.1
https://github.com/locationtech/geomesa/releases/tag/geomesa_2.11-2.1.2
Release notes are on the GeoMesa wiki:
https://geomesa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GEOMESA/pages/580714497/GeoMesa+2.2.1+2.1.2+Release+Notes
The upgrade guide is available in the documentation,
although there are
no additional changes specific to these bug fix releases:
https://www.geomesa.org/documentation/user/upgrade.html
Thanks,
Emilio
