If you happen to be using GeoJSON, we have a new module which
simplifies things even further - you can just POST GeoJSON files
to a REST endpoint. Full instructions for the GeoJSON API will be
available in our upcoming 1.3.0 release, but the functionality is
present in 1.3.0-m2, and preliminary documentation is available
