For a query like:

(attr1 = 'foo' OR attr2 = 'bar' OR attr3 = 'baz') AND dtg during xxx/yyy

If all the attributes are indexed, then it is a fairly simple query. However, currently we ignore the attributes due to the cross-attribute ORs. Add a threshold to execute the expensive expand/reduce algorithm if the query is relatively small like this, which will allow it to produce the desired query plan.
