"What's the best way to handle negative pixel coordinates in GeoTiffs? I have some GeoTiff from ECMWF - they use a normal CRS but the pixel coordinates are offset by a quarter of a degree (https://confluence.ecmwf.int/display/CKB/ERA5%3A+What+is+the+spatial+reference#ERA5:Whatisthespatialreference-Visualisationofregularlat/londata) so that coordinates reference the centre of the pixel.
