When I dump a DataFrame that contains boolean and number fields, the results in the output geojson text files are always strings. I would expect this method to properly detect (at least) number and boolean columns and properly output valid json numbers and bools.

It appears that the code in question always just does a `row.get` and then prints the string representation of the value it received:
