[geomesa-dev] changing name of dir

Hi all,
We added the sft and converter conf to the geomesa-tools for now and the
directory structure looks like the below example. I was thinking perhaps
a better name for the directory instead of conf/<sfts> since it contains
converters and sfts.
Doesn't really matter but I was wondering if anyone could come up with
something more "inclusive" before the release. I couldn't think of
anything other than "conf/types/<typename>".
Any thoughts/opinions?
