Hi

I was watching the new feature of the new eclipse 2023-06 
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQe_hafeuz8  and apparently, http update 
sites are no longer supported (https is now mandatory)
cf. https://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/news/4.28/platform.php#Security

This will be an issue for some of our components, for ex: https isn't 
supported for the timesquare update site

@Julien can you add support for https on your update site ?

note: I've also opened an issue on our github to follow the actions
