[gemoc-dev] new GEMOC Studio official release 3.2.0 available

Hi all

 a new official release of the studio is now available on the download 
page: http://gemoc.org/download.html

Next milestone (3.3.0.yyyymmdd) will come with an upgrade of Eclipse 
base from Eclipse photon to Eclipse 2020-03 (almost ready) or 2020-06 
(if diff with 2020-03 is small enough).
