[gemoc-dev] new GEMOC Studio milestone available

Hi all

I've published a new GEMOC Studio milestone (v3.1.0-20190627) on the 
GEMOC web site. http://gemoc.org/download.html

You can consider it as a release candidate for the next official version 
3.1.0 that I plan to publish 31rd of July (with any pull request you may 
contribute to help fix it in the meantime).

Shortly after (August), the version of the Studio will move to 3.2.0 and 
I'll publish another milstone with Eclipse 2019-06 as base (instead of 
photon.1)
