Costin was asking about a Maven repo at Eclipse to put our release
bundles in and it turns out that there actually is one in the Nexus
project,
https://maven.eclipse.org/nexus/
We just need to get a user id. We'll work on that and post when we
manage to get something that works.

Yes, it is public, and anybody can consume from it.
There is even an settings.xml that projects can use.
