You are right, these links are no longer valid. You will have to insert a ‚legacy‘ path segment after updates in each of them to make them valid again. The http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/updates/releases composite site however is still accessible. It now forwards to the http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/updates/legacy/relases releases site.

It seems that URLs for all past GEF releases no longer work. I recall an e-mail here about some reorg of the downloads area. I thought it applied only to Neon milestones, but none of the following URLs work any more.
 
 
I wish you guys would reconsider this. Changing repository URLs for past releases breaks everyone who has builds that work against these repositories.
