[gef-dev] Updated GEF4 contribution to Mars M7

Hi all,

in order to include a fix to some API-inconsistencies within GEF4 Common (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=466340) as well as a general adjustment of our bundle/feature dependency version ranges (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=441359), I updated the GEF4 contribution (not the GEF proper contribution) to now point to gef4-master #2342. I also updated the simrel aggregator file accordingly.

@team:
As the fix to #466340 contains a change to our provisional API, I want to point out that - while the officially released API (of GEF proper) has already been frozen with M6 - I would like to consider the provisional API (of GEF4) as being frozen now (with M7) as well. We should concentrate on bug fixing and documentation tasks, and I want to encourage you all to support that as much as possible up to RC1. If changes to the (official as well as provisional) API seem to be necessary, please use the review-flag on the respective Bugzilla to have them discussed first. This will also give me the chance to announce all of these changes when promoting RC1 here.

Cheers
Alexander
