[escet-dev] Rounding up for v4.0 / cleaning up issues

Hi all,

I've looked at the issues still planned for v4.0. I don't like needlessly dragging issues along from release to release. I've did move some to v5.0. But, I've closed a few of them, unassigned the ones without activity at all for a long time, etc. I've added comments in a bunch of the issues. If you disagree, let me know in the specific issue.
