Dear Eclipse ESCET / SBE community,
Two days ago, September 26, we had our second community meeting. The theme of the meeting was the Synthesis Based Engineering (SBE) ecosystem. It
was well attended, with 35 people from 10 different organizations participating (7 online, 28 onsite).
The overall impression that I got, was that the participants were impressed by the progress made of the past 1.5 years since our previous community meeting. They
especially liked the various collaborations that are now ongoing, and that were also presented at the meeting. During the meeting, I proposed to take next steps together as a community, making use of the
momentum and enthusiasm we now see. The community responded well to this proposal. The need for taking next steps is recognized, and the discussion that followed was very constructive. The
fruitful discussion resulted in quite a few leads to pursue, as well as interest from various parties to be involved in the next steps. All in all, in my opinion, the community meeting was a great success.
I want to thank all those who helped me organize the event, as well as all the presenters for preparing and presenting excellent presentations. Special
thanks go out to Asia for taking over presenting one of the presentations at the last minute.
Here are the slides of the various presentations presented at the meeting:
More detailed minutes will follow at a later time.
Kind regards,
Dennis Hendriks
