RE: [equinox-dev] [prov] Auto installing touchpoint

Incubator or not doesn't really matter to me.  I am just pushing on
contributions.  I dunno what is involved in doing untar.  The point of
getting it out there is that if you had the requirement, it is likely that
others do too.
