This automatically generated message signals that Jeff McAffer has
nominated Stefan Liebig as a Committer on the equinox component of the
eclipse.incubator project. The reason given is as follows:

Stefan has been contributing to the p2 work in several different useful
ways (code, design, discussion) over the past few months.  In particular he
is interested in the repository structures, optimizing repos (deltas,
packing, ...) and transports.  Combined with his interest in Riena having
Stefan on board as a committer would be a real plus.


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 22 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Stefan Liebig must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
