[equinox-dev] Best resource for asking questions about developing agains

Hi all,

I've asked some outside development questions of this list in the past,
but I've generally gotten the impression that my queries could be better
targeted.  If so, what resource(s) would people recommend?  Is there a
users' mailing list, forum, or wiki out there?
