[epsilon-dev] Fwd: Jenkins build is back to normal : epsilon-interim-update-site #489

Hi Horacio,
A few days ago, the Jenkins build started failing with the following exception:

ERROR] Internal error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to load p2
repository with ID 'eclipse-neon' from location
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/: Unable to read repository
at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon. Unable to read
repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/201703231000/content.xml.xz.
connect timed out -> [Help 1]
org.apache.maven.InternalErrorException: Internal error:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to load p2 repository with ID
'eclipse-neon' from location
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/

This doesn't seem to be our fault as it started happening after [1].
To fix the build, I've temporarily disabled distribution building in
releng/pom.xml in [2]. Could you please look into this when you get a
chance? (we should also use Photon instead of Neon)
