Re: [epp-dev] volunteer to do final release steps for 2023-03 M1?

Folks,

We continue to have problems with mailing list archives not updating so that even Jonah's email is not in the archive:

In any case, I don't think anyone has volunteered because I haven't seen an email.   I can certainly help, but I am not an EPP committer and I do now have the necessary permissions to commit change nor to kick off builds so I really do need someone with permissions.
