Hi Sivashankari,

I am not sure what is causing your problem. The best place to get answers to this kind of issue is the forum. 

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can bypass the installer by downloading the desired package directly from the page you linked to. Scroll down to the package you want and click the link of the platform you are using. Here is a screenshot, I have put a red box around the links for one of the packages.
