Re: [epp-dev] Reduce Mirror Footprint

I have done part 1 of the clean-up by removing all RC and M builds. This has reduced usage from 294G to 135G*.

I am having some permission problems on the EPP downloads area (See  Bug 560641). Once that is resolved I can complete the archiving of old releases.

You'll notice that 2019-09, 2019-12, and 2020-03 are each much bigger than the older releases.   That's because each of these still contain all the M* and RC* downloads.  These could all be deleted and should generally be deleted after each release.
