Hi Wayne,

I have created the missing release records https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.packaging - but they are minimal. I have also created the release record for 2020-06 SimRel and scheduled a release review too, and we'll fill 4.16.0 with the normal information expected.

There is still one problem - there are two release records for 4.12.0:

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.packaging/releases/4.12.0-0 <-- the correct one which has a release review

https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.packaging/releases/4.12.0 <-- the errant one.

The only associated info in it that I can see are the "This release is part of [...]" entries, so I didn't want to delete it and cause some cascade problems with other release records. 

Please let me know if you have any questions or need me to do anything else?
