Hi,

I thought that we change the process from requiring a +1 email to auto-publishing unless there is a -1 email. Are my memories incorrect? I wasn't able to quickly locate past discussions about this. Just confirming (for my own sanity) that I'm not expected to send a +1 email for the Committers package to be published?
