As Patrick Bänziger noted, m2e has the "includes incubating components"
marker, but does not seem to contain any:

FWIW, I#ve filed a bug with m2e about this issue for Mars [1], but this
didn't get me anywhere.
As explained in the BZ you linked, the "includes incubating components" is triggered by the inclusion of sisu 0.3.3, embedded in the Maven runtime. Even though sisu 1.0.0 has been released last year, m2e still needs the upstream Maven project to pick it up.
Besides m2e, there are no further incubating components, given that the
Tips framework is save (as part of Platform).
