our second release candidate Photon RC2 is available for testing from the build server at

  https://ci.eclipse.org/packaging/job/photon.epp-tycho-build/281/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/

based on the two p2 repositories

  http://download.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/photon/RC2
  http://download.eclipse.org/staging/photon/

Please test them and send your votes as usual to this mailing list. The plan is to make all packages with a +1 available tomorrow/Friday.
