I propose to wait for the outcome of this discussion *before* building the final packages for Oxygen.1a.

 

(In case you want to test something in the meantime, you can have a look at  https://hudson.eclipse.org/packaging/job/oxygen.epp-tycho-build/367/artifact/org.eclipse.epp.packages/archive/, but I expect another rebuild soon.)
