nominated Marcel Bruch as a Committer on the technology.packaging project.
The reason given is as follows:

I'd like to nominate Marcel as a new committer on the EPP project.

In the past he has been visible on the mailing list when he tested various
packages (Java, Java EE, ...) regarding the inclusion of Code Recommenders
into the packages. This alone would probably justify his nomination as
a
committer.

But the main reason for nominating him now is the 'Automated Error
Reporting' that he developed and that he'd like to move from its
(temporary) home at the Code Recommenders project to EPP. See bug 459942

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 21 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Marcel Bruch must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for
a
successful election.
