Re: [epp-dev] Where is Usage Data Collector server side script (upload.php)

Correct. By default, the client uploads everything. The server accepts and saves everything.

We filter out all but the org.eclipse.* bundles when we run the reports. As Markus stated, the reason is to preserve privacy.

If there's something specific that you're looking for, let me know and I'll see what I can sort out for you.

It is up to the user to decide which data gets uploaded. AFAIK the default is to upload everything.

There is a checkbox "Only upload events from "org.eclipse" bundles in
the client UI.
It's possible this preference is checked by default in the EPP packages?
