(tested windows 32 bit)

We definitely need one fix to update
webtools update site (software repositories, as the kids call them these
days). (315701)
but can be done for RC4. 

Also ... can the branding opinionated
comment on bug  315699
 ... I've just noticed we have
"Helios Release (3.6)" in the about box and it does not seem
we should. Has this been discussed and decided before?
