Fine with me - it just means that SOA and PHP will be available at a later time, probably together with Helios M3. On the other hand it is good to know that it is an expected failure and has nothing to do with EPP.

Hi Markus,
Swordfish planned to contribute for Helios M2. Unfortunately I made a mistake in the build file, so no Swordfish features and hence no SOA Package. I fixed it now and next time the Swordfish features should be available and the SOA Package build successfully.

Anyway, it looks pretty good and I hope that we will have Helios M2 packages available by tomorrow. This will be the first time that they are available that early! Great.
So far I don't have any plans to make them available from another place than
http://www.eclipse.org/epp/download.php and I only plan to announce their availability here and on cross-projects-dev, because the packages are mainly untested. Maybe I will write a short blog post?
