Hi Gabe,
this is very good news!
I went over the list of open bugs of the EPP wizard and thought that
we can update and close most of them. With the exception of bug 247613
<https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=247613> (feedback form)
and 248569 <https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=248569> (EPP
UDC for the Wizard) they could be closed. I will check today and
update the bugs.
You wrote that you are now able to run the wizard? Does that include
creating the installer, downloading it and using the installer to
create a custom Eclipse on your disk?
Regards, Markus

Hello EPP Developers,
I just wanted say hello to everyone on this list, as I have been
asked to contribute to the ongoing EPP Wizard project. The first
thing I have been working on is reading (and updating) the WIKI
pages for the EPP Wizard.
http://wiki.eclipse.org/EPP/Wizard
Mostly I have been working on going over the docs on how to setup
a development environment for working on the EPP Wizard. With some
help from Markus I now have a working version of the EPP Wizard
running on my development machine!
I guess it is now time to start reading the open bugs to see what
needs fixing.
