RE: [epf-dev] Proposed Agenda - Wed Status Call
|
Thanks Onno,
it sounds like we will have internet
access. Considering time-zone, I assume we should shoot for such a potential
session Fri morning, Denver time.
+8 hours to Netherlands.
Let's discuss this at the meeting now...
cheers

Hi all,
I cannot make this call but can
give some input on the EPF Wiki topic for this F2F. I tried to make arrangements
for me to be present at this F2F but as it turned out there was not enough
time to find enough sponsorship. Maybe we can do a internet meeting at
this F2F? I think I can also produce documentation on the use of EPF Wiki
to use at such an internet meeting.
Also I like to give a quick update
on the migration to epf.eclipse.org. I got bogged down with work and by
a nasty bug (segmentation fault) in a library of the Linux distro of epf.eclipse.org,
so progress was slow. The good news is that the currrent plan is to do
the migration this Friday. The usage statistics of epfwiki.net look good,
I think. There is a steady increase in traffic, see http://www.epfwiki.net/webalizer/index.html.
On average 550 unique visits each day is more than 25% of that of the community
pages of eclipse.org. More and more people are finding OpenUP via EPF Wiki.
I have tried to make the migration as quick and painless as possible, e.g.
all traffic to epfwiki.net will automatically be redirected to epfwiki.net
after the migration.
Best Regards,
Onno
