[epf-dev] Lock up Publishing Problem Resolved

I stil don't exactly what caused the publsihing of a specific capability pattern to lock up the
publishing process but I just dleeted the tasks and re added them to the pattern and it resolved
it.

Im still trying to find otu if we can eliminate descriptors are publishing ot combine them to the
actual task/artifaztc etc?

I can not find where this publishing capability is? Anyone?
