Hi,

I created a release_1.16.0 branch for the upcoming release.

If you have new API/SPI changes please commit on the develop branch.

If you have a fix which should be part of 1.16.0 use the release_1.16.0 branch.

If you're unsure where to commit to, ask me, Maximilian or Jonas.
