[emfcp-dev] Moving sources

Hello everybody, 

I would move the sources of the ECP2 from other to core. The old sources will be moved to the other repository in a folder called "old".

In the core repository I also would create 3 folders: bundles, features, releng. 

If there are no objections, I would do this in the afternoon today.
