[emf-dev] Net4j Termination Review Successful

Hi Folks,

In the past the Net4j Signalling Platform has been a project separate 
from the CDO Model Repository. In order to reduce the management 
overhead and set resources free for productive development we decided to 
merge the Net4j project into CDO. This results in the formal termination 
of the Net4j project.

From a consumer's point of view there's almost no visible change 
because Net4j has already been built as part of the CDO build and 
published on the same p2 repositories. When the move has been executed I 
will inform you in a separate note about the new Bugzilla components and 
CVS locations.
