[embed-cdt-dev] Embedded CDT and SimRel

Hello,

If we want to have Embedded CDT in SimRel, it is time to announce its 
participation. I remember it was a requirement to do that before M1 but 
currently I do not see it in the handbook [1].

Yes, I know that EPP participation does not require SimRel participation.
