[embed-cdt-dev] New repo name

This is a followup of the discussion started on Bugzilla, trying to define the proper repo names:

The initial proposal was to add 2 new repos, one for the plug-ins sources and one for the web markdown code:

- embed-cdt-plugins
- embed-cdt-web-jekyll

Alexander suggested to drop `-plugins` as redundant. 
I argued that the non-ambiguous name would probably be `embed-cdt-eclipse-plugins`.

Given that in the future we might need more repos using the `embed-cdt-` prefix, personally I would like the repo containing the Eclipse plug-ins to be explicitly named to avoid any ambiguity.


Any other opinions/suggestions?
