Thanks, passing
that as the VERSION made no difference, but I did find "jakartaejb-1000"
to be hard coded in the Jenkins job configuration, so I updated that to
"jakartaejb-1001"
and now the job is successful.
Unfortunately, I still don't see RC2 showing up in Maven yet : https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/jakarta.ejb/jakarta.ejb-api

What is the next step it getting this published to Maven?
As indicated in issue 101 (https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/ejb-api/issues/101)
I did remove the two unnecessary lines form the Jenkins job config, but
I don't think that really matters for publishing to Maven.
Looks like the next step is running "Nexus Staging: EJB API",
but that doesn't seem to work right now. Is another step still required?
