[egf-dev] Welcome Boubekeur Zendagui

I may just be a fan of EGF observing from afar, but I still want to
offer my congratulations to Boubekeur for this achievement. EGF is one
of the least celebrated tools with the most power of anything I've ever
seen. I mean, it runs code directly in the running development instance
of Eclipse! Yet I suspect nearly no one knows that. :)
I see incredible potential with EGF, you've only just scratched the
surface, and I look forward to seeing what Boubekeur brings to the table.
