Thanks Kevin! I think I've seen what you ask for, but I'm not quite sure how to set it to display and/or redirect. From memory I think Hibernate did this when they changed coordinates.

Question:  Is there a way in sonatype/maven to indicate that a given set of coordinates are now superseded by another set?  Just for the case when someone is monitoring the old set of coordinates and never sees the update for Jakarta EE 9?

"jakarta.security.auth.message:jakarta.security.auth.message-api"

The related Jakarta Authorization project however has:

"jakarta.authorization:jakarta.authorization-api"

Because of consistency, but also for clarity (the spec is evolving to have most emphasis on "authentication" and not on "messaging) the project would like to request the coordinates:

"jakarta.authentication:jakarta.authentication-api"

This has been discussed in issue https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/authentication/issues/89
