I wanted to be sure everyone who has been collaborating with us through the development of Jakarta EE is aware that Oracle is hosting what has become an annual kickoff developer appreciation event for all community members on Sunday Evening, 6:30 - 9:30PM, Sept. 15, 2018 at the Thirsty Bear Brewery. We have previously e-mailed invitations to everyone who had attended or been invited last year, but I wanted to be sure that I included all the new members of this community.

If you will be in the San Francisco area for Oracle CodeOne, or OpenWorld, or just happen to be in town, we would like to extend this invitation to you. Registration in the conference is not required and there is no cost for this event. However event registration is necessary and space is limited.
