AFAIK there are no new acronyms. Long specs like Jakarta Enterprise Beans or Jakarta Server Faces are sometimes referred to as "enterprise beans", or "server faces", but that's all.
Jakarta Server Faces should have been Jakarta Faces, which would then become one of the shorter names ;)
Due to some unfortunate timings it's officially "Jakarta Server Faces" now, but we hope to have that rectified soon. In unofficial writing I already try to use the term "Jakarta Faces", and only in official texts (such as the spec documents and requests is it "Jakarta Server Faces".
Kind regards,
Arjan

Hi all,
I'm trying to clean the CDI spec doc to remove the old Oracle/JCP acronyms for others specs (especially EJB) but I can't find an official list for the new acronyms for Jakarta EE.
Thanks for your help
