[ee4j-pmc] Committer Election for Guillermo González de Agüero on Jakarta Security has started 
A committer election for Guillermo González de Agüero on project Jakarta
Security (ee4j.es) was started by Arjan Tijms with this criteria:

Guillermo González de Agüero is an absolute invaluably person to have on
the Jakarta Security project. Guillermo has contributed much to Soteria, and
to the discussions around the foundational specs JASPIC and JACC. Due to a
small technicality Guillermo lost the committer rights, but I highly
recommend having Guillermo on board again.
