Clarifying the intent of this list is to be at *minimum* anyone who is a spec project lead and therefore has responsibility to take action if no one else on the project does.  At maximum it can contain the entire world and everyone is welcome to join.

In attempts to coordinate action items with spec projects, some have been responsive and some not.  This is simply an attempt to supplement other methods (like github issues in each project), to get action out of some of the not-so-responsive specs projects.

Ideally all active specification project committers are on this list.  Anyone is welcome to use it to address or ask questions to all spec projects.  Spec projects can also use it to talk shop amongst themselves.
