creating Jakarta EE, understands the technology, and is invested in the
success of Eclipse GlassFish I believe that he brings a valuable perspective
to the EE4J PMC.

Further, while these projects are not yet particularly
active, Kenji is a committer on both the "platform" and "TCK"
projects; the success of these projects will be critical as Jakarta EE
gains momentum, so having him as a representative of those projects on
the PMC will be very valuable.

Existing PMC members, please vote your approval to invite
Kenji to join the PMC by responding +1 to this note.
