Yes, there is a collection of Maven plugins that will be contributed to
Eclipse. We had not anticipated this GroupID change proposal so we
thought we could push these later.

I ask because the current version has a hard-coded check that the
groupID starts with "javax" which fails now I have updated the build. I
can just comment the plug-in out but it performs some useful checks it
would be helpful to keep.
